With more than 20 years of global experience in defense, government, and infrastructure, Grahame is our Director of International Business Development. He is an expert in training systems, program transformation, and secure, cloud-native solutions and is leading efforts to further expand MAK ONE’s reach and adoption worldwide.

Jim Kogler

VP, Products

Jim Kogler is Vice President of Products at MAK, where he leads product strategy, design, engineering development, and technical support across the MAK portfolio. Jim has helped define the engineering standards and processes behind MAK products and played a significant role in shaping the company’s product direction. An active leader in the modeling and simulation interoperability community, Jim has held multiple leadership roles within SISO and IEEE and has been deeply involved in the development of the RPR FOM and major interoperability standards. He holds degrees in Computer Engineering and International Economics.
