Product Support is provided for MAK customers with active maintenance contracts. Getting support is easy; just send us an email or give us a call.

If you use email, you will receive a support ticket with a tracking number. Please include this number in the subject line of any email correspondence you have with the development team.

When you email support, please supply the following information:

  • The product you are using (including the version number)
  • The platform you are running on
  • A description of the problem

The best support comes when we can work with you to solve your problem. The better you can describe what you are trying to accomplish, the faster we can get to the heart of your issue.

Do not send file attachments to MAK Product Support! Our email security measures reject attachments sent to the support email address! If you need to send files to us, contact a tech support representative for instructions.
