Junior Proposal Manager

Join MAK Technologies Simulation Solutions division! We are seeking a Junior Proposal Manager to join our team. The job is located in the Research Park area of Orlando, FL with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.
The Junior Proposals Manager is responsible for the timely delivery and quality of a proposal, with direct oversight and control of the proposal process, supporting the Capture Manager and bid teams in delivering successful tenders, and operating from the Pre-Proposal Preparation phase through to Post-Submittal.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Drive the generation of proposals, outlining the proposal structure as required by the Request For Proposal (RFP), setting the schedule and allocation of section / contribution responsibilities to the relevant subject matter expert
- Monitor progress and content of inputs to ensure that the RFP requirements are being suitably answered, the content is of suitable quality and coherence across the submission
- Establish and develop the tools and techniques to continuously enhance the quality of our bid submissions, assessing market best practices to support the evolution of our competitive bid approach
- Develop and own the internal stakeholder review process for each submission
- Research and analyze historical data and project experience to support proposal efforts
Basic qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in proposal management
- Experience in the creation and delivery of clear and concise progress reporting at all levels within the business
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
