We know that you value the 1:1 support you get directly from our engineers — it's part of what makes us MAK! We're excited to introduce an easier way for you to connect with MAK engineers for any of your support needs through our new Customer Support Portal. Through this new portal interface — which will be accessible straight from our website starting February 8 — you can easily create new support requests, track the status of your support requests and interact with your customer support engineer.
Here's how you will access the MAK Customer Support Portal:
1. Sign in to the MAK website and click the link for "My Support Requests"
2. The support portal will be displayed where you can either create a new account or login using your existing account from mak.com to enter support requests.
3. Use the portal to enter various request types available.
You will also still be able to contact support by email as you have always been able to do, and those tickets will show up in the portal for you to monitor as well. No more searching through cluttered mailboxes to find the email with the information you need!
We've always been a company that values direct support coming from the engineers who write the code. Our new Customer Support Portal will make it easier than ever to get the personal touch that you expect from our engineering team.
