Join MAK Live @ I/ITSEC!

I/ITSEC is that time of year when we all expect to come together, talk shop, do business, learn about trends in technology, and catch up as a community. Although we can’t come together in person this year, the whole MAK team is still looking forward to connecting face-to-face with you and celebrating the I/ITSEC season together. Just like in years past, you’ll have access to more than 30 MAK people - technical experts, business development specialists, and the MAK leadership team – who can’t wait to reconnect.

Many roads lead to MAK Live @ I/ITSEC

Throughout the week of November 30, you’ll find us interacting and participating with the I/ITSEC community through our vIITSEC booth presence. But we aren’t stopping there, and we aren’t letting time hold us back!

In addition to our vIITSEC booth, we’ve set up the MAK Showroom to offer the full MAK I/ITSEC experience. This showroom is available for you to explore now to learn about MAK’s offerings and to invite you to connect with us anytime. During the week of vIITSEC, the MAK Showroom will be our hub for connecting with the whole MAK team. And when vIITSEC is over, the MAK Showroom will remain open, a persistent place to stop to learn the latest and greatest about MAK’s capabilities and to get connected with our team.

Instead of spreading ourselves thin over the calendar week of vIITSEC, we’re planning to focus on seven MAK Live! experiences. Through the MAK Showroom and our MAK Live! page, you can sign up to join us for a “choose-your-own-adventure” experience with the whole MAK team.

Each MAK Live! experience will follow a general pattern that we think will be better than your typical virtual booth experience (see visual below). After a brief welcome from our leadership team, we’ll go with you into breakout rooms to meet in small groups with our technical experts – the engineers that write the software. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in personal discussions with our business development and leadership teams. You can hear from and interact with customers and partners within our Centers of Excellence, including ST Engineering Training and Simulation experts. And, you’ll be able to socialize with your peers in the industry. You can even join us in social activities and light yoga. Face it, we’ve all been sitting in chairs too much these days.

Check the MAK Showroom for details on what you can get at each experience.

We can’t wait to see you at I/ITSEC (and beyond)! In the meantime, be sure to follow us on LinkedIn where our team has been posting concepts, thoughts, and requests for input on virtual events and how, as an industry, we can do them better.
