MÄK Technologies software packages require license keys to operate. You must complete this form and install your license key before you can use your software.

To receive the keys you must complete and submit the following form by pressing the button at the bottom of the page
or you may print and fax this form to (617) 876-9208.

‡ To obtain your server’s License Manager Host Identification Number (lmhostid):

  • From product installation directory, navigate to the subdirectory named flexlm.
  • Run lmhostid
    • On Windows, run lmhostid.bat
