Product Training
VT MÄK offers a standard training course on our VR-Forces computer generated forces toolkit. This one week course is scheduled at your convenience, and can be held at our facility or yours. The course can be taught off-the-shelf, or as is commonly requested, it can be customized to address the requirements of a particular program, project, or functional group. Product Feature and Function Enhancement
Think that our product suite would be perfect for your program if only one of our products had an additional feature or two? Then contact us - we're happy to talk about adding new features to our products!
We provide feature enhancement services at our standard commercial rates. Frequently the new feature or function will then be rolled into the product, so support for it will be included with a product standard maintenance policy.
On-site Support
VT MÄK provides on-site support for installation, configuration, and customization of our products. We're happy to provide a qualified developer for any period of time - a week, month or indefinitely - to support your specific program's needs.
Project Implementation
