-
MÄK will be able to tap into ST’s vast pool of intellectual property, which will help us accelerate the growth of our products and product lines.
In an era of consolidation among M&S companies, this acquisition will ensure our ability to better compete with other product companies that are backed by large defense contractors.

Customers have often asked us not to change a thing about MÄK, and we’re listening. We’re pleased that VT and ST recognize the value of the way we work and are committed to not changing things.
MÄK will remain in Cambridge under its current leadership. Our resellers will remain the same. Our partners will remain the same.
