We are seeking to fill a number of different positions including:

Junior C++ Software Engineer

This is a software development position, helping us design, build, and maintain our distributed simulation software tools. This role requires understanding client requirements, designing and implementing product or project features, and providing support to our clients. In addition, our developers often represent us at client or partner sites, standards organizations, and conferences.

Services & Solutions Engineer

This is a software development position integrating our distributed simulation software with 3rd party content to create and support training and operational systems for our worldwide clients. Working under the guidance of a senior solution architect, this position will require an understanding of customer requirements, an ability to help define appropriate solutions, and technical skills to implement the solutions. Applicants must be prepared to represent the company at customer sites, conferences, meetings, etc.

C++ Software Engineer

This is a software development position, helping us design, build, and maintain our distributed simulation software tools. The person fulfilling this position will be involved in understanding client requirements, designing and implementing product or project features, and supporting clients. In addition, our developers often represent us at client or partner sites, standards organizations, and conferences.

Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, will support marketing and sales initiatives, including customer discussions, presentations, webinars, and novel demonstrations of solutions that can be developed with MÄK’s products and technologies. Successful candidates for the position will possess a passion for selling solutions, C++ programming skills as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, will take on a leadership role in defining business areas and organizations to target, and create and execute business development plans. Successful candidates for the position will possess a combination of business and subject matter experience, excellent communication skills, and a high-level understanding of technology MÄK’s customers include federal agencies and providers to those agencies.

Account Manager

VT MÄK is rapidly growing its engineering and operational staff and has an opportunity for a high energy, effective Inside Sales/Account Manager. The Inside Sales/Account Manager, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, will be responsible for identifying new accounts, close large transactions while collaborating with the Business Development Executive. Successful candidates for the position will possess a combination of business and subject matter experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to develop relationships with current and future accounts.

Lead Graphics Programmer

VT MÄK, a company of VT Systems, Inc., is looking for a lead graphics programmer! If you are passionate about cutting edge 3D graphics programming, quality work and user experience we would like to talk to you. Our lead developers work closely with their team and product manager to create advanced 3D visualization systems. Candidates should have experience leading a development team, working with a minimum amount of supervision, be able work fluently in existing codebases and develop high quality work on schedule. The lead developer will work with other programmers to architect new systems as well as enhance and refine existing systems. Additionally, the lead developer will provide technical direction and leadership and be a mentor for other developers on the team.
